§ 130.04. PROHIBITING FURNITURE, BOX SPRINGS, AND MATTRESSES FROM BEING LOCATED OUTDOORS.

  • (A) Prohibition.
    (1) It shall be unlawful for any person to keep upholstered furniture, bed box springs, and mattresses not specifically designed for outdoor patio or deck use by the manufacturer, in the front yard, side yards, or rear yard of a property within the city for a period of more than 24 hours.
    (2) Upholstered furniture, bed box springs, and mattresses not designed for outdoor use by the manufacturer are prohibited from being used or stored on an exterior balcony, porch, deck, roof, landing, garage roof, or other areas exposed to the weather.
    (B) Definition. For the purpose of this section, a PERSON is a natural person, tenant, corporation, limited liability company, firm, or business.
