(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which a penalty is not specifically provided shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $100 or by imprisonment in the Houghton County Jail for a period of time not to exceed 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, and in addition thereto any weapon or other paraphernalia used in connection with
§§ 130.10 through 130.16 shall
be confiscated and forfeited to the city.
(B) Willful or negligent violation of § 130.04 shall be a municipal civil infraction.
