§ 130.03. CURFEW FOR MINORS.

  • (A) It shall be unlawful for any child under the age of 16 years to be abroad at night upon any of the streets, alleys, public grounds and buildings, public places, stores, and places of amusements within the city between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., unless accompanied by the parent, guardian, or some other person of the minimum age of 21 years who has the lawful charge of such child and with the consent of the parent or guardian. The provisions of this section do not apply when a child is upon an emergency errand.
    (B) It shall be unlawful for any parent, guardian, or any person having the lawful charge of any child under the age of 16 years knowingly to permit or allow such child to be abroad at night upon any of the streets, alleys, public grounds and buildings, public places, stores and places of recreation and amusement within the city between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. The provisions of this section do not apply when a child is upon an emergency errand.
