At the time of submission of the final plat, the proprietor shall deposit with the city fees computed as follows:
(A) A fee of $20 as provided in Section 241 of Act 288, Public Acts of Michigan of 1967, or such other amount as may hereafter be provided by statute.
(B) Such fees and charges for construction inspection, for special meetings of governmental agencies, engineering fees for field work on site, and other official fees and charges as may be established by ordinance or resolution of the city.
(C) Such fees, charges or deposits as may be required pursuant to Section 125, 182, 188, or 192 of Act 288, Public Acts of Michigan of 1967.
