§ 153.50. REVIEW FEE TO ACCOMPANY PRELIMINARY PLAT.

At the time of submission of the preliminary plat, and prior to consideration or review thereof by the city, the proprietor shall deposit a review fee with the City Clerk in the amount of $100. The proprietor shall reimburse the city the actual cost of all reviews by the City Engineer, if any.
