§ 150.99. PENALTY.

  • (A) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $500 and costs of prosecution, or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or both such fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.

    (B) Violation of § 150.02 shall be subject to a fine of not more than $100 nor more than 30 days in jail, or both, and each day of violation shall be a separate offense.

    (C) Any person violating or aiding or assisting in violating or failing or neglecting to comply with the provisions or requirements of §§ 150.25 through 150.33 shall upon conviction thereof, before a court of competent jurisdiction, be punished by a fine not exceeding $100 together with the costs of prosecution and in default of the payment of such fine and costs shall be imprisoned in the county jail for a period not exceeding 60 days or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
