§ 150.02. BOCA NATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE.

(A)The BOCA National Property Maintenance Code, fifth edition, 1996, as published by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., three copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk, is adopted as the property maintenance code of the city: for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided: and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the BOCA National Property Maintenance Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this section, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes if any prescribed in subsection (C) below.

(B) Inconsistent ordinances repealed. Ord. 213, passed 1-4-95 entitled Adoption of the 1993 Maintenance Code and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed.

(C) Additions, insertions and changes. The following sections are revised as follows (inserting italicized words and numbers):
