§ 130.15. FIRING FIREWORKS, GUNS AND THE LIKE.

No person shall fire or set off any squibs, firecrackers, gunpowder, fireworks or explosives of any description or fire any cannon, gun, revolver or pistol in or upon any property owned by the city or within the limits of the city.
