§ 151.99. PENALTY.

Any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof before a court of competent jurisdiction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100 or imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 60 days, or both such fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court, together with the costs of prosecution. Each day or part of a day in which a violation of any provision of this chapter shall occur, shall be considered a separate violation of this chapter.
