§ 96.21. NOXIOUS WEEDS AND GRASS GROWTH PROHIBITED.

- (A) No person or organization owning any platted lot within the city limits of Hancock shall permit or maintain on any such premises any growth of noxious weeds; nor any growth of grass or other rank vegetation to a greater height than ten inches on the average; nor any accumulation of miscellaneous debris on any lot.(B) A property owner shall also be responsible for maintaining, including grass cutting, the right-of-way abutting the property facing a public street or highway, within the city limits.(Ord. 237, passed 5-3-00; Am.
