§ 96.21. NOXIOUS WEEDS AND GRASS GROWTH PROHIBITED.

(A) No person or organization owning any platted lot within the city limits of Hancock shall permit or maintain on any such premises any growth of noxious weeds; nor any growth of grass or other rank vegetation to a greater height than ten inches on the average; nor any accumulation of miscellaneous debris on any lot.
(B) A property owner shall also be responsible for maintaining, including grass cutting, the right-of-way abutting the property facing a public street or highway, within the city limits.
