§ 92.01. ADOPTION OF CERTAIN STATE LAWS BY REFERENCE.

Latest version.

All of the provisions of the Compiled Laws of Michigan, 1929, §§ 1970 through 1978 inclusive, being now also Compiled Laws of Michigan, 1948, §§ 95.1 through 95.9 inclusive, relative to the operation and maintenance of cemeteries and all amendments thereto now made or hereafter to be made shall and are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this chapter, and shall be applicable to the Lakeside Cemetery recently acquired and now owned by the City of Hancock.
