§ 32.65. DEVELOPMENT AND TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLANS.

The Downtown Development and Tax Increment Financing Plans are approved and adopted by the Downtown Development District Authority. Amendments to these plans may be made from time to time in the manner prescribed by law, subject to approval by the City Council.
