§ 32.17. RECREATION COMMISSION; APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS.

  • A Recreation Commission shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council. Membership shall consist of no less than three persons nor more than nine. One member of the Commission shall be a member of the City Council; one member of the Commission shall be a member of the City Planning Commission; and one shall be a member of the Hancock School Board. The Recreation Commission shall meet at least quarterly. The City Council shall approve the membership level at their first meeting in September each year.
