§ 30.01. REVIEW OF DECISIONS OF CITY AGENCIES; LICENSING AND FRANCHISES.

(A) For the purpose of this section, AGENCY shall mean any board, department division, office, corporation or other organization of city government, including any elective or appointive officer or person acting or purporting to act in the exercise of official duties.
(B) The City Council shall be empowered to review decisions made by city agencies in regard to licensing and franchises, in any case where such a review is not provided by law.
