§ 3.5. ELECTION COMMISSION.

An Election Commission is hereby created, consisting of the City Clerk-Treasurer, Assessor, and City Attorney. The City Clerk-Treasurer shall be chairperson. The Commission shall exercise all duties required of it by state law and this Charter relating to the administration of City elections.
