§ 5.1. CONTINUATION OF ORDINANCES.

Latest version.

All valid ordinances, resolutions, rules, and regulations of the City of Hancock which are not inconsistent with this Charter and which are in force and in effect on the effective date of this Charter shall continue in full force and effect. Those provisions of any effective valid ordinance, resolution, rule, or regulation which are inconsistent with this Charter are hereby repealed.
